Shipping Policy for Original Artwork

Thank you for purchasing original artwork from Rose and Shadow. We take great care in ensuring that your art arrives safely and securely. Please read our shipping policy below for more information on how we handle your order.

Processing Time

  • All original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your artwork has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer UPS and USPS options. The shipping carrier and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
  • For domestic orders, we use USPS and UPS.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. To simplify costs, some items may be flat rate shipping or free shipping at certain times of the year. 

Packaging

  • We take extra precautions to ensure your artwork arrives in excellent condition. Each piece is professionally packaged with high-quality materials to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Insurance

  • All original artwork orders are automatically insured for their full value during transit. If your artwork is damaged or lost in shipping, please contact us immediately at rissa@roseandshadow.com with photos of the damage or tracking details. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary based on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment. 

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

International Shipping

  • At this time we only ship with in the US.
