Welcome and thank you for your interest in my art

My name is Rissa and I run Rose and Shadow out of my home studio in Maryland. Rose and Shadow began in 2016 with crystal jewelry, metaphysical items, paintings, and leatherwork and has evolved over the years as my art has evolved.  After Covid, Rose and Shadow took a 3 year hiatus as I transformed my life.

I primary work in oil for my paintings and acrylic for the ttrpg miniatures. All works have a theme of fantasy, nature or the hidden secrets of life.
