Return Policy for Original Artwork and Pre-Painted Miniatures

Thank you for choosing Rose and Shadow. We take great pride in the quality and care of our original artwork and pre-painted miniatures. While all sales are generally considered final due to the unique and fragile nature of these items, we understand that rare circumstances may require a return. As such, we now offer a limited 14-day return window under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

  • Original Artwork and Pre-Painted Miniatures may be returned within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the product or it arrives damaged. 

  • Requests for returns outside of this time frame will not be accepted.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at rissa@roseandshadow.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear, well-lit photos of the item

    • A detailed explanation of the issue

  2. Return Authorization: If your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including a secure return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  3. Packaging: All returns must be packed securely and carefully to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

  4. Condition on Return: Returned items must be received in the same condition they were delivered. Damaged or altered returns may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Important Notes

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

  • Final Sale: Items not returned within the 14-day window or without prior approval remain final sale and non-refundable.

  • Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before checkout, as we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are processed and shipped.

  • Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
